HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE?
If your insurance is not one that is currently accepted, the following self-pay fees apply:
$115 for 45-50 min individual counseling session (Telehealth or office)
$150 Intake/New Client first session (50 min)
$130 per couple session (50 min, office only)
$150 per consult hour

Before our first meeting you'll complete some forms online through my Client Portal that will tell me a little about you and why you are seeking counseling.
I know it takes a lot of energy to make (and actually come) to the appointment, so I want you to have as much time as possible to begin to tell your story on day one. During the first session, I'll answer any questions you may have and we'll go over things like insurance/co-pays and confidentiality. We'll also figure out how I can be most helpful to you. I strive to help you feel some relief right away!
