HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE?

If your insurance is not one that is currently accepted, the following self-pay fees apply:
$175-200 per Individual session (45-53 min telehealth or office)
$225 Intake/New Client session (53 min)
$250 per Couple session (53 min, office only)
$200 Consult (per hour, non-clinical)


GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE (for Self-pay clients only)

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” of expected charges under the No Surprises Act (January 2022), explaining how much services will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give clients who don’t have insurance, or who are not using insurance, an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. All private pay (self-pay) clients will receive a Good Faith Estimate in writing via the client portal prior to attending their first session, which will become a part of the client's records.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

Exact cash or credit cards are accepted. A credit card is required to be on file, as
co-pays, deductibles, or session fees are due in full at the time of service.

WHAT WILL THE FIRST SESSION BE LIKE?

Before our first meeting you'll complete some forms online through my Client Portal that will tell me a little about you and why you are seeking counseling.

I know it takes a lot of energy to make (and actually come) to the appointment, so I want you to have as much time as possible to begin to tell your story during the first session. I'll answer any questions you may have and we'll go over things like insurance/co-pays and confidentiality. We'll also figure out how I can be most helpful to you right now.
