Hospital Experiences

This study is about the type of care and opportunities your hospital gave you during and after your loss. Information gathered will be used to teach and guide hospitals on how to provide evidence-based care for bereaved families (i.e. what parents most want, need, and appreciate).

Nurses and Physicians

Nurses and physicians...this is for you! This study examines competency, beliefs, and coping skills of medical staff who work with bereaved parents during a perinatal loss. We'd like to know about your experiences...information gathered will be used to inform hospitals and clinics on the best ways to support its staff.

OB Office Experiences after Loss

This study seeks to learn what follow-up visits with your OB were like after your loss.  It's your opportunity to provide much needed feedback to OB docs and staff about how to best support bereaved parents (like not letting you sit in a waiting room full of pregnant women, for instance!)

Fathers' Experiences

Fathers, you are sometimes the "forgotten" griever when a baby dies. This is an opportunity for you to tell your story in your own words. Questions are open-ended and you can write as much as you'd like to share about your experience. As a group, your stories will help other fathers know that they, like you, are not alone.
